Who We Are

Pet Community Center is a nonprofit on a mission to make high-quality spay/neuter and veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners. We manage a high quality spay/neuter surgery center in East Nashville and a Mobile Wellness clinic that provides basic wellness care to pets in underserved areas.

Since 2011, Pet Community Center has served more than 20,000 animals.  Pet Community Center is a member of the prestigious Humane Alliance network of spay/neuter clinics.

 

Pet Community Center is seeking a self starter to join our team as a Veterinary Wellness Technician.  The person in this role will be administering vaccinations, drawing blood for tests and discussing preventatives with pet parents in a high volume/fast paced atmosphere.

Applicant must be comfortable with lifting at least 30lbs, and vaccinating and restraining dogs and cats.

This position is a part time ~24 hour position, 4 days a week including Saturdays.  Flexible schedule is required.

Professional animal handling experience is required.
