Pet Community Center would like to extend a big thank you to Banfield Charitable Trust for a generous grant which will help provide free wellness care to pets of low income pet owners.
Are you having trouble affording basic wellness care for your pet? You may qualify for assistance through our Mobile Wellness Clinic, which launches on July 11, 2015. Pet owners who are on government assistance qualify for up to three free services, such as vaccines, flea/tick prevention, heart worm tests and prevention, and more. Residents who qualify will be able to provide documentation of government assistance such as:
- State or federally funded welfare program
- Food Stamps (SNAP)
- Social Security
- SSI Disability
- Extreme medical expense, loss of home due to natural disaster, etc.
- Pay stub proving income meets state or federal low income or WIC guidelines
